Sika has added to its ComfortFloor Decorative range of resin flooring with the launch of its new ComfortFloor 3000 substrate for public and commercial buildings.
The two part polyurethane resin is a self-smoothing substrate, which has been developed to provide low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) levels.
The liquid is available in a range of colours, which can be mixed to create two tone floors during application.
Designed to be low maintenance, the resin flooring solution is particularly suitable for use in hospitals, schools and retail and leisure facilities. Its offering of design freedom is expected to make it a popular choice amongst specifiers and designers.
The ComfortFloor range is classified as ecological and sustainable in the BRE Green Guide, with an A+ rating. In addition to this, the hard wearing resin flooring range complies with existing building regulations and legislation.
