Freefoam Building Products has announced the launch of a new cladding visualiser and calculator to help make the specification of cladding easier and simpler.
Freefoam has introduced the tools to help specifiers, developers and homeowners visualise Freefoam’s colour range of cladding products on a variety of house types, and experiment with colour combinations by selecting matching or contrasting trims.
The Freefoam cladding calculator generates an estimate of the number of boards and packs need for a project, simply by submitting the dimensions of the project.
The cladding range features a choice of smooth woodgrain finish or Fortex timber effect embossed boards in Shiplap, Double Shiplap and Weatherboard styles. The boards are available in a wide range of colours, from traditional Mahogany and Rosewood to contemporary Anthracite Grey and Argyl Brown or subtle Mistry Grey and Cappuccino.
PVC-U cladding requires very little maintenance once installed, a major benefit for property owners, developers or public sector housing providers.
Freefoam’s range boasts significant environmental credentials, having been awarded an A+ rating from the Building Research Establishment’s (BRE) ‘Green Guide to Specification’ when installed with standard components.
Freefoam’s UK general manager, Colin St John, explained: “With a growing range of external cladding we wanted to help specifiers and home owners see the potential of our products can bring to any project.
Being able to visualise colour and calculate pack quantities on line makes our products much more accessible to customers and simplifies the decision making process.”
