Freefoam Building Products has introduced a new range of its rainwater products in Anthracite Grey.
As the colour’s popularity continues to grow in the market, Freefoam has added the Anthracite Grey Deep Gutter range to its selection of products.
Customers can now create a truly co-ordinated roofline, with the new rainwater range offering an exact match (Ral No.7016) to the already popular fascia and soffit products.
Designed to manage the increasing levels of rainfall being experienced throughout the UK, the Deep gutter features a 77mm depth and 116mm width.
It is available with a full range of matching fittings including Union Bracket, Running Outlet and Hopper and manufactured using co-extruded PVC-U. The Freeflow rainwater system offers a long lasting, leak free and low maintenance solution with a ten year guarantee.
Freefoam’s new Anthracite Grey products are manufactured using co-extruded PVC-U to create a white interior and darker exterior colours.
This method is used as a solution to the problems associated with rapid heat absorption and expansion of dark coloured gutters, which can cause leaks and noise when cooling.
A white interior reduces heat absorption and subsequent expansion along the width and length, dramatically decreasing the probability of leaks.
The new Anthracite Grey rainwater range is manufactured using Freefoam’s patented Colormax technology.
Colormax is an advanced master-batching process with a blend of natural PVC and pigments that are simultaneously co-extruded to provide built in colourfastness, colour variety and reliable colour matching.
Colin St John, UK General Manager commented “The launch of a new colour in our rainwater range offers architects, specifiers, builders and developers the opportunity to create a perfectly coordinated roofline.
We have established ourselves as leaders in the manufacture of colour PVC building products and adding an Anthracite Grey rainwater system to match our fascia and soffit products allows customers to meet the growing market place demands for colour.”
