Fashion brand True Religion has utilised Armourcoat’s decorative wall panel system, ArmourFX, across its stores in the United States and Canada.
Originally specified by Checkland Kindleysides Architects in London, the wall panel system was used to create a detailed front façade in dark blue Venetian plaster on fire-rated MDR and fibre cement panels, both as a thin surface veneer.
The ArmourFX range of panels stems from Armourcoat’s applied seamless wall finishes and includes a range of finishes and substrates suitable for any commercial or residential application.
Armourcoat’s specialist designers and plasterers are on hand to create bespoke wall panel systems or single artwork pieces.
Cristobal Anaya, the Store Designer at True Religion commented on the project: “This was a truly international design process to create our new store look.
The team in Las Vegas were able to quickly reproduce the exact look we wanted, so far they have supplied to 28 of our stores in USA and Canada. The stunning decorative finish works well to accentuate our brand and merchandise, creating a visually rich background.”
ArmourFX panels are packaged and delivered in custom-made foam packaging to ensure it arrives safely. As it is a modular system, the panels can be hung and removed as needed, with no specialist installation required.
Armourcoat will be showcasing its designs at the Retail Design Expo (stand H50). Its range of standard and custom finish options are also available on the ArmourFX website.
