Abloy UK is set to exhibit at Counter Terror Expo 2016, a leading international event for security specialists protecting against terror attacks. Its PROTEC2 CLIQ Connect system, LPCB-rated padlocks and extensive range of electric locks will be on display.
Hosted at London’s Olympia centre, this year’s Counter Terror Expo (CTX) will be a two-day event, starting on 19th April.
Targeting security specialists who are responsible for understanding and alleviating security threats in modern environments, the event will encourage delegates to debate the issues and new technologies affecting the defence against terrorism.
It will also allow global businesses and industry suppliers, such as Abloy, to showcase their products to exhibitors and visitors.
At its stand, B65, Abloy will be hosting interactive demonstrations of its electric locking solutions; visitors will be given the opportunity to interact with the company’s range of mechanical and electro-mechanical padlocks.
Abloy’s web-based security management solution, PROTEC2 CLIQ, will also be on display. The system has been designed to allow for the remote management of large master-keyed sites from anywhere in the world, making it suitable for anti-terrorism applications.
It offers audit trails on cylinders and padlocks, tracking the usage history of each key and allowing management personnel to remove permissions for lost or stolen keys to ensure tight control.
By combining PROTEC2 CLIQ with Abloy’s electric locking solutions and padlocks, sites can benefit from adequate protection against terror attacks and effective evacuation procedures.
