Howarth Timber experts deliver fire door safety seminar

Howarth Timber and Building Supplies recently shared its expertise on fire door safety at a Fire Safety and Protection seminar hosted by Johnstone’s Trade.

More than 200 delegates attended the event including specifiers, architects, project managers, quantity surveyors and asset managers. Howarth Timber, one of the founding members of the British Working Federation’s (BWF) Certifire Fire Door Scheme, delivered a comprehensive guide to the latest developments on fire door installation and current building regulations, alongside representatives from the BWF.

The Howarth Timber product range features designs to suit modern homes and period buildings including; interior plywood lush fire doors, MDF-faced paint grade fire doors, and Shaker style fire doors all available from its 29 UK branches.

The company also offers a selection of free online courses as part of its Howarth Timber Training Academy.
