Gemini Data Loggers has announced the launch of Tinytag Plus Radio, a new weatherproof radio data logger which has been designed for monitoring in industrial or outdoor applications.
Offering a range of measurement and input options, including RH and temperature, Plus Radio provides effective monitoring for cold chain, ambient and cryogenic applications. The loggers boast low voltage, current and count inputs for use with third party sensors: this allows for the recording of important properties, such as flow rates, footfall and pressure.
Once the loggers have recorded the data, it can be viewed from the user’s own PC, across a LAN, or remotely across the internet. Email alarm warnings can be set up to alert users when the value being monitored goes out of specification.
Designed with an adjustable antenna, the Plus Radio loggers can be mounted in different orientations. They can be mains powered, or charged with readily available alkaline C batteries.
The new loggers provide an external monitoring solution to complement Gemini’s existing Tinytag Ultra Radio loggers, which are better suited to monitoring public areas, office and other indoor areas.
The Plus and Radio loggers can be mixed and matched within a single system to offer a comprehensive solution for a range of integrated monitoring applications.
