GGF searches for the UK’s best ‘Window With A View’

The Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) is holding a national consumer competition in search of the UK’s best ‘Window With a View’. The competition has received over 80 entries since its launch on MyGlazing.com in March.

The ‘Window With A View’ competition will conclude on the 25th May. Entries will be considered by an experienced judging panel made up of a Director of the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions (ALVA); a Creative Director of an interiors boutique; an architectural photographer and a partner of an award winning architect practice.

Some of the entires so far include:

  • Manchester Airport, North West
  • Victoria & Albert Museum, London
  • Carlton Towers, Yorkshire
  • Arundel Castle, South East
  • Birmingham Library, West Midlands
  • Lincoln Castle, East Midlands
  • Roman Baths, South West
  • Edinburgh Castle, Scotland
  • Dinorwic Quarry, Wales
  • Belvoir Golf Club, Northern Ireland

Four finalists from each region will be put forward for a public voting round, which will begin on the first week on June.
