Saracen Interiors has been awarded two contracts by WYG to fit-out its Birmingham and Southampton offices.
The Birmingham contract includes the fast-track refurbishment of its 2,700 square foot office, which is expected to be completed in less than three weeks.
WYG’s 6,500 square foot Southampton office will receive a more extensive refurbishment, including partitioning alterations, air conditioning alterations, the installation of emergency lighting and decoration. The latter is expected to be completed during this month.
Saracen recently completed a full office refurbishment for WYG’s 3,000 square foot Swindon office. This preceded two jobs earlier in the year which included the provision of move management and refurbishment services in Leicester and Liverpool.
Joint managing director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page commented: “We’ve come a long way with this client and have developed a core understanding of the company’s culture and its needs.
Our aim has been to present ourselves as an extension of the WYG team and, as a result, they call on us for projects of differing sizes around the UK, trusting us to support them with minimal disruption to their staff. It’s a great position to be in and we look forward to increasing the support as we move forward.”
Property manager for WYG, Paul Green added: “The team at Saracen consistently enables us to maintain a working environment – which is always appreciated.
We trust the team’s suggestions and are confident that we are in safe hands and that goes a long way to taking the stress out of any individual project. The quality of finish in the schemes completed by Saracen has been to a high standard and has significantly improved our working environments.”
