Howard Chapman reports on the launch of the new Vitae integral bathroom collection from Porcelonosa, inspired by spectacular and revolutionary designs created by Zaha Hadid.

Last night I visited the Zaha Hadid Design studio in Clerkenewell for the launch of the new Vitae integral bathroom collection from Porcelonosa with astounding elements that remind us of the spectacular designs created by Zaha Hadid.

Vitae integral bathroom

This new integral bathroom series features fluid lines that evoke water flow that are the dominant motif of this outstanding collection, hence the name Vitae, meaning “life” in latin. All kinds of life and natural design begins with water, the architecture of nature.

The new collection was created in collaboration with Noken and Anglo-Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid, who sadly died in March, aged just 65.
