Vortice introduces new energy efficient heat recovery units

  • 22 Jul 2016

Vortice has announced the launch of its range of commercial heat recovery units: its new NRG EC and NRG ECR systems have been designed with energy efficiency in mind.

Heat recovery units play a major part in ensuring good air quality in buildings, which is fundamental to occupants’ health.

Vortice’s new units consider this: offering a choice of thermal wheel or horizontal cross flow heat exchangers, they have been developed to deliver energy saving benefits to the public.

Boasting low power consumption, the units offer a flow rate from 0.028 cubic metres per second to 2.22 cubic metres per second. Their backward curved centrifugal impellers work to ensure fresh and efficient indoor air quality throughout the day.

EH versions of both ranges are available: these are supplied with wired control panels and LCD screens, which allows for integration into existing Building Management Systems. Free heating and night cooling functions are also provided.
