Bradstone Roofing has made several changes to the mix design of its reconstituted stone roofing range, in order to enhance colour pigmentation and improve its portfolio’s environmental credentials.
Bradstone’s range of reconstituted stone roofing has been designed to imitate the look of stone; all slates are cast from moulds, which are taken from natural materials.
The company, which is a division of Aggregate Industries, has developed the mix design of its stone roofing products to improve colour pigmentation and enhance the range’s environmental credentials.
As a result of the change in pigment, the Conservation, Cotswold, Crofters and Old Quarried collections now benefit from a richer colour finish. Meanwhile, the introduction of recycled aggregates into the mix ensures that the products offer a sustainable roofing solution for specifiers.
The aesthetic improvements to the range will help residences in conservation planning areas to blend in with their surroundings more seamlessly. Bradstone Roofing has developed an accompanying range of roofing accessories to complement the slates, which are available in varying tile profiles.
Offering comprehensive compliance with modern construction practices, Bradstone also offers technical support and advice throughout all stages of roofing specification projects.
