Gilberts Blackpool, one of the UK’s largest manufacturers of grilles and louvres, is now offering the capability to hydro-plate its ventilation grilles, diffusers and louvres; enabling all of its products to be finished in any colour.
Hydro-plating gives a thorough, three-dimensional coating to any component. Sales director Ian Rogers elaborates:
“You could have gloss, matt, grilles that look like marble, wood, stone….there are even options that change colour with the temperature. It means that the ventilation components can play a more aesthetic role in prestige commercial interiors, enhancing the overall décor.”
Gilberts’ hydro-plating facility compliments its powder-coating service, which enables its air distribution products to be supplied in any solid colour required. Gilberts’ also offer a ‘chrome’ powder to provide a polished chrome diffuser effect.
