Saracen Interiors has started work on a full fit out at Carweb’s new company offices, which are located in Tonbridge, Kent.
After successfully completing work for Carweb’s sister company, Audatex, at the start of the year, Saracen was contracted to fit out the new offices.
The development, which was valued at £20k, has been undertaken as a fast track project. The 4,000 square foot space is expected to be completed, and ready for Carweb’s team to occupy, in six weeks’ time.
As part of the project, Saracen will install six metre partitioning and LED lighting and fit a suspended ceiling, along with new flooring. Over a six week period, the team will work to construct a toilet block and relocate the office’s air conditioning systems to complement the new layout. Saracen will also make all necessary alterations to power.
Furthermore, all furniture will be supplied by Saracen; the company will also fit electric vehicle charge points in the car park.
With clients such as Countrywide, Toshiba and Coca Cola, Saracen has grown from a South East fit out concern to a national service. It is continuing to invest in apprentices, training and new industry innovations.
A rundown office and warehouse building completely transformed into a modern headquarters for Atlas Copco has been fitted with more than 120 internal fire doors from Enfield Speciality Doors.
