NorDan’s energy efficient Scandinavian timber windows have been specified by UK developer Crest Nicholson for its development at Bath Riverside Victoria Bridge Road.
The development contains apartments varying from penthouses to studios and is said to have ‘transformed’ Bath’s western riverfront into a modern residential quarter. The building features NorDan’s 1.2NTech inward opening tilt and turn windows and inward/outward doorsets, finished with aluminium cladding to protect the timber and extend the products’ lifespan.
Norwegian manufactured, NorDan timber windows and doorsets can achieve a standard u value of 1.2w/m2K, with sustainability at the forefront of the product’s design, as well as maximising daylight.
