Senior provide stylish fenestration system for Bow residential development

  • 28 Sep 2016

A new residential development in the London borough of Bow has benefited from a stylish glazing package designed and manufactured by Senior Architectural Systems

Developed by Peabody Housing Association, the new Merchant Walk scheme comprises a mixture of affordable residential apartments and commercial spaces, located close to the Devons Road DLR station with convenient transport links to the city.

Having previously supplied fenestration solutions for use on the Signal Building, a 22-storey tower in Elephant & Castle, and The Pavilions in Tottenham Hale, Senior was specified to provide a thermally efficient curtain wall and windows to complement the development’s façade of brick and timber clad balconies.

Denval Ltd was appointed by main contractor Galliford Try to deliver the glazing package. The glazing comprised Senior’s SPW600e windows and SF52 aluminium curtain walling.
