Eurocell has added four new designs to its Roomline range of PVC-U skirting boards and architraves.
Eurocell’s Roomline products are produced entirely from recycled PVC-U. They have been designed with a webbed structure to resist wear and impact in busy office environments; each board and architrave is finished in an anti-scratch laminate.
Unlike softwoods, PVC-U can make a significant contribution to floor resilience, as it is not subject to swelling, rotting, shrinking or twisting.
The products are guaranteed against cracking, warping and discolouration for a ten year period. Once installed, they require no redecoration: Silversil cream cleaner or household polish can be used to maintain a consistently smart appearance.
The range has recently been extended to include a chamfered architrave, a 150mm ogee skirting and two chamfered skirting boards of 100mm and 150mm.
The new products are available in a choice of White Stain or English Oak: these shades have been developed to complement contemporary themes in newer properties.
These skirting boards and architraves do not demand traditional mitres; as only square cuts are required, the systems can be fitted in half the time of a similar, conventional timber product.
Specifiers can use Eurocell’s virtual home improvement app, YourPad, to gauge an idea of what its Roomline products will look like in situ. The app is compatible for use with either iPad or Android tablets.
