Ellis cable cleats have been introduced into the Costa Rican market for the first time following an installation by the Costa Rican electricity authority, ICE (Insituto Costarricence de Electricidad).
Specified by Siemens through Ellis’ local distributor Electroval, the company’s 2F flame retardant Polymeric clamps were installed in two substations in Coyol and Jacó.
Manufactured in black Polypropylene or black flame retardant VO Zero Halogen Phosphorous (LSF), Ellis’ one or two hole polymeric cable cleats can be specified for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Ellis’ specification in the Costa Rican market was aided by an export model that sees it appoint a local distributor to provide them with instant market expertise in the area, therefore reducing the amount of time it takes to establish itself in a new country.
The company now has distributors in 30 different countries, in addition to a business development manager, Gabriela Castro-Fontoura, appointed specifically to deal with clients in Latin American countries.
English Spirit Distillery has used an extensive package of Altro products front and back of house, in their new visitor centre café, shop and viewing area for the working distillery.
