105 international suppliers from 35+ countries to feature at Ecobuild

An impressive array of international organisations are expected at Ecobuild 2017, including a number of embassies, trade bodies and companies, many exhibiting in the UK for the first time.

Ecobuild is taking place 7-9 March atExel London, and the event will provide the ideal forum to learn about the latest innovations from across the globe, with over 105 international exhibitors representing 29% of the show and more than 35 countries. In addition, the future of the UK built environment in a post-Brexit world will be discussed.

Trade bodies and leading manufacturers from Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Italy, China and Portugal are among those confirmed for Ecobuild’s 2017, with dedicated pavilions hosting a variety of leading companies, representing the latest thinking and product innovations for each.

Sustainability strategies, products and solutions, seeking new clients, partners and distribution channels are set to be shared, as well as dissuasions around the future of sustainability.

In partnership with the ukDEA, eight companies from across Sweden and Denmark will exhibit as part of the District Energy Town Square. Those who attend will have the opportunity to learn about the advantages of centralised heating and cooling systems, as companies from the two countries at the forefront of innovative heating technologies.

Around 60 per cent of homes in Sweden connected to a district heat network, and district energy schemes becoming more common in the UK, according to Magnus Dahlin of Business Sweden.

Participating suppliers with the Italian Trade Commission pavilion will be exhibiting their range of high quality building materials and design components, including insulation and energy-saving systems.

Ecobuild is the perfect platform and best UK gateway event to highlight sustainability, according to Roberto Formenti, spokesperson for the Italian Trade Commission. 

Doors and windows manufacturers J&J Teixeira from Portugal and Dako SPZOO from Poland, among others, will be sharing their latest products and technologies with British businesses at the show.

One of China’s largest solar manufacturers and long-term Ecobuild exhibitors, Eging Solar will share its latest innovations for commercial and residential installations with visitors at the show. Significant pavilions from China’s Jiangsu and Shenzhen districts will joint Eging.

In addition, companies from across Austria will be exhibiting and sharing knowledge of their innovative solutions as well as major pavilions from Portugal, Belgium and Taiwan.
