Alumasc Skyline supplies soffits and fascia for assisted living complex

  • 5 Apr 2017

Contractors Tetraclad chose Alumasc Skyline to design, manufacture and supply tailored soffit and fascia products for the entrance hall and a circular feature at the back of the building.

The assisted living complex, Greenfields in Leighton Buzzad, includes 82 one and two bedroomed apartments, designed for over 55s and are available on rental or shared ownership basis, with extra care assistance available for those who need it.

Matt Swaffer, Contracts Manager at Tetraclad explains that fascia and soffits were required that wouldn’t be available off-the-shelf as they were needed for the curved structure. Therefore, Matt says he contacted Skyline’s Technical Sales Manager Ivan Colvil to provide a suitable solution.

Ivan visited the site and drew up the plans for a comprehensive fascia and soffit system for the entrance, both for the front and rear of the building. Ivan commented that Alumasc had no problem meeting the customer’s requirements and fitting to the curved outline of the entrance hall. The job was finished within six weeks, from first site visit to delivery.

Alumasc Skyline is part of Alumasc Water Management Solutions.
