JET Cox has supplied its Glass Monopitch Rooflights for a Premiership football club’s new training facility in North London.
The new training centre was built with support from Sport England, as part of an investment in the club’s facilities. The development project comprised the expansion and upgrade of existing buildings, alongside the construction of a new spa, a player performance centre, gym facilities, and ice baths.
The facility will be used by the first team squad and Youth & Development teams.
JET Cox’s Glass Monopitch Rooflights were selected for installation on the two-storey extension to the existing indoor training pitch. With specialised solar glazing, the rooflights are able to ensure consistent and comfortable working conditions for the players below.
Boasting a slim profile, the rooflights can incorporate natural ventilation via top hung openers, a 240V electric operation, or smoke ventilation with 24V or 48V actuators.
Available in an array of standard and bespoke configurations, Monopitch Rooflights can be specified in lengths spanning from 600mm to 9,000mm. They can be powder coated to any RAL colour, and mounted to flat or ridged roof constructions.
Glass Monopitch Rooflights are manufactured in accordance with BS 1026, 1027 and 12211.
