Kestrel Building Products has welcomed Tanya Hopkinson as manager of its experienced customer services team.
Boasting a degree in business management and 15 years of experience in customer service, Tanya Hopkinson is set to take over Kestrel’s dedicated team of seven people, whilst studying for her MBA.
Kestrel, which is based in Lincolnshire, works in conjunction with housing associations, architects, local authorities, installers and distributors. It supplies an array of PVC-UE roofline and window-line products; its portfolio consists of over 800 items.
‘Kestrel’s name is built on reliability,’ says Tanya. ‘The challenge of manufacturing and distributing so many products with such a quick turnaround really appeals to me.’
Drawing on their experience and understanding of the business, her team will work to ensure that this reliability is maintained.
