Novus is expanding its search for skilled tradespeople

Novus Property Solutions is expanding its search for skilled tradespeople across the UK following the success of its campaign in Stoke-on-Trent.

Novus hosted a drop-in event at its head office in Stoke-on-Trent in April to meet new potential subcontractor partners who can support Novus’ employees on key projects.

Neil Hand, managing director at Novus Property Solutions said: “At Novus, we directly employ a talented and hardworking team of tradespeople, many of whom have come through our dedicated apprenticeship scheme.

“While we will continue to recruit staff directly, our continued growth means that we sometimes require support from local subcontractors. We’re looking to build a network of trusted partners to help ensure that we continue to offer our customers the level of service that they associated with the Novus name.”

More than 100 people visited the office on the day to meet with Novus’ operations team and discuss the opportunities available.

The company has now announced that it will roll the events out to eight other locations across the UK, including Scotland, East Anglia and the South East, where skilled tradespeople can attend the drop-in sessions to find out more about partnering with Novus in their area.

Neil concluded: “We pride ourselves on offering favourable payment terms and we are able to offer tradespeople the opportunity to develop their business.”
