The UK BIM Alliance bring back the BIM Village at Digital Construction Week

The UK BIM Alliance is teaming up with DCW to bring back the BIM Village and the new series of BIM Chats only at Digital Construction Week.

The UK BIM Alliance aims to help professionals understand the value of a digitally enabled industry. Ultimately, the BIM Alliance hopes to make BIM Level 2 business as usual by 2020. Digital Construction Week are partnering with the UK BIM Alliance to help achieve this.

The BIM Village will focus on the business case, implementation, and adoption of BIM with a range of sessions catering to all skill levels with presentations from leading BIM experts including; Chair of the UK BIM Alliance; Anne Kemp, and Head of BIM at the Governments UK BIM Task Group; David Philp.

There will also be a dedicated #BIMchat space offering the opportunity to ask questions with technical and workshops and clinics in addition to conversations with presenters from the BIM Village Theatre.

We want to really help drive the agenda forward as it’s clear there are real gains to be had.”

Having being launched at DCW16, the UK BIM Alliance will provide an update on the last 12 months at the same event, taking place on the BIM Village Theatre.
