Aggregate Industries has employed Pablo Libreros as its new Growth and Innovation Director.
Pablo has spent the past six years in South America, working within LafargeHolcim Group. He has held a range of senior roles at the company, including Logistics Director and Supply Chain Director within the Group’s Brazil division. Most recently, he worked as CEO for its Costa Rica business.
In the past, Pablo has held a number of ecological public sector positions in Paris, including Advisor to the Minister for Sustainable Development in France.
In his new role, he will be responsible for developing, recommending, and delivering growth and innovation opportunities for Aggregate Industries.
‘This role is an enabler for our company to reach a core position within the construction industry,’ says the company’s Chief Executive Officer, François Petry.
‘Pablo will help to transform our commercial approach, by driving customer growth and centricity.’
He will be facilitating a greater cross promotion of products, in terms of the UK business as well as with activities at Group level, in order to provide customers with a comprehensive and competitive offer.
Sustainability is at the core of Aggregate’s activities and processes, providing an opportunity for Pablo to put his ecological experience to good use.
