Centurion focuses on innovation and growth with new directors

Centurion has invested in three new highly skilled directors to support Centurion’s long-term growth and product innovation plans.

Technical & Operations Director Mandy Humphreys will be focusing on Centurion’s technical and operations functions whilst leading on the strategy for the manufacturing environment. HR Officer Stacey Wightman will be spearheading Centurion’s crucial engagement and learning and development step change.

Jeff Ward joined as Chief Executive Officer in December 2015 where he has led a fundamental review of Centurion’s business strategy in order to craft an ambitious 2020 Vision – a growth strategy based on detailed customer insights and intensified global partnerships.

Jeff has previously been responsible for sales and marketing, product management and customer service, as Commercial Director at Britax Child Safety. Jeff also worked at Newell Rubbermaid for nine years as Vice President and General Manager for the construction and industrial segments in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Andrew Gordon was appointed Marketing Director in October 2016, having previously spent two years at Brady Corporation in a lead communication and customer-marketing role for its health and safety business, Seton. Andrew also spent six years as senior global product manager with ACCO brands with powerful experience in user insights in business-to-business specified products.

March 2017 also saw the appointment of a new Finance & IT Director, Chris Zanone. Chris has spent the last 14 years in various leadership roles at Bernard Matthews, most recently leading the entire IT function for the business. He also has experience in numerous senior finance roles after spending 12 years at Dalgety PLC in numerous senior finance roles.

Most Recently, Steve Neumann was appointed as Sales Director in May 2017, with experience in several senior commercial roles at Bosch. Steve has also been sales and marketing director for entities in Vietnam, Cambodia, Australia and New Zealand.
