Le Mondial du Bâtiment is a show where the building industry can share current and future challenges. The 2017 event is set to be even greater with various new features.
Bringing together INTERCLIMA+ELEC HB, IDEOBAIN and BATIMAT, and presenting all the construction materials and solutions for today and tomorrow, Le Mondial du Bâtiment will take place in Paris Nord Villepinte from 6 to 10 November 2017.
The 2017 Mondial du Bâtiment has reinvented itself to meet changes in the construction industry and make the most of synergies between exhibitors and visitors.
The three interconnected trade shows are designed around seven specific and connected trade sectors, to help visitors find the right materials and solutions for their building projects.
INTERCLIMA+ELEC HB, is where all the sector’s decision-makers and installers come together to choose partners and seek solutions in energy efficiency, renewable energies, thermal comfort and smart solutions for residential and commercial buildings.
IDEOBAIN will showcase solutions and innovations for planning or renovating bathroom spaces. In addition, the show will feature a sanitary village and a Materials village, with technical and decorative solutions.
Batimat will bring together the sector’s decision-makers and project managers to choose partners and seek products and service solutions for current and future buildings. 1,200 exhibitors are expected, including major brands in the Structure and Envelope sectors.
Each hub will present a selection of products that, when combined, offer concrete solutions to the major needs of the 60,000 major prescribers visiting the Mondial du Bâtiment: architects, contractors, project managers, engineers, construction economist, general firms, etc.
INTERCLIMA+ELEC HB Hub: Energy and comfort in commercial buildings will be in Hall two. The hub will present technical solutions to meet the requirements of clients in terms of reducing energy consumption for the E+C label- which challenges companies to propose new solutions. Various companies will present their products/solutions to meet the challenges of numerous commercial buildings.
The Bathrooms & Interiors Hub will be located at the crossroads between IDEOBAIN (Hall 3) and BATIMAT (Hall 4). The hub will present a selection of products providing concrete interior design and/or bathroom solutions.
The construction and sustainable renovation will be held at the entrance to Hall six. Products will be presented providing solutions to major issues such as Energy-positive, low-carbon (E+C-) construction, Eco-responsible construction & renovation, Construction & renovation in an urban environment and Building and renovating for user comfort, including within E+C- accreditation.
The Building of the Future, located in the connecting passage between Halls 5A and 6. It will see the presentation of emerging products and technologies including future materials, energy production and storage, connect objects/IoT, new applications, big data, BIM, collaborative platforms, augmented reality, 3D printing, etc.
COBATY PRG will manage a collaborative working area around BIM during BATIMAT. Teams will relay to design a social housing project, gradually integrating contributions from future operators and users of the building. A live 3D experience in an immersive room will be on offer, in addition to updates twice a day on the pitching area using 3D reality application.
The Influencer’s Club at the entrance to Hall 5A will welcome the presidents of associations and trade federations and a selection of the owners of the largest architects’ firms, engineering firms, constructors and contractors wishing to expand their business networks.
The event will honour 84 states and governments from French-speaking nations. With the support of the Institut de la Francophonie, two events will be held, to promote the business meetings between exhibitors and project developers. You can find out more about the events here.
Le Mondial du Bâtiment has partnered with ADEME for the Le Mondial du Bâtiment Awards. The awards highlight market trends, introduce the latest innovations and shine a spotlight on the winners at Le Mondial du Bâtiment Awards Ceremony, a special evening event in September attended by the International jury.
Le Mondial du Bâtiment will take place in Paris Nord Villepinte from 6 to 10 November 2017 at the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre.
