Armstrong explains benefits of specifying metal systems

  • 10 Nov 2017

Armstrong Ceilings has introduced a new RIBA-approved CPD which gives insight into the value of metal ceiling solutions.

The CPD covers the benefits of specifying metal systems and recognises the degree to which metal systems now play a vital role in Armstrong’s already peerless portfolio.

Metal ceiling and wall systems are suitable for most applications, as they’re extremely durable with edges that do not chip, require minimum maintenance and are humidity and dirt resistant.

Armstrong’s engineered metal portfolio offers a variety of perforation and colour options to give limitless configurability. The various perforations, coupled with various infill materials, unite to meet sound absorption and sound attenuation requirements. They can easily accommodate services such as lights, grills, sensors and sprinklers.

In addition, the CPD also takes architects through the manufacturing process for tiles, planks, canopies and bespoke systems.

You can find out more about the CPD on the Armstrong Ceilings website here.
