Porotherm Best Practice Guide from Wienerberger: No.2

  • 15 Dec 2017

To support the use of the modern clay block walling system, Wienerberger has launched a second instalment of its ‘Porotherm Best Practice Guide’, created with architects, engineers and technical managers in mind.

It contains a glut of information, outlining the rights and wrongs to bear in mind when using the product to help those putting the Porotherm Clay Walling System into action.

The leading provider of wall, roof and landscaping innovations’ initial guide focused more so on two storey housing. The latest guide now features updated and reworked sections on areas like fixings and a more detailed segment relating to concrete plank placement, to coincide with the constantly changing demands of the industry.

Jason Thorne, Porotherm Technical Manager at Wienerberger, commented: “The original Best Practice Guide still very much sticks to the brief of being a very informative, highly pictorial, user manual to ensure projects get the most out of the Porotherm system on site.

“I feel with the new look, plus the additional content, the guide will be useful in many areas and more popular than it’s ever been.”

The a hardback copy of the guide can be ordered or alternatively, a version can be downloaded, both at Wienerberger’s website: https://wienerberger.co.uk/about-us/porotherm-best-practice-guide
