Bull Products is detailing the top five facts of the Cygnus Wireless Alarm System and the importance in every contractor having the system on site.
The Cygnus Wireless Alarm System has been a major innovation in wireless emergency fire, first aid, and intruder alarms, being the most successful and adaptable temporary alarm system on the market.
The system has featured in some of the largest construction projects throughout the country, including Elephant Park, Embassy Gardens and many more
Long distance connection is the first bonus – the Cygnus has been specially designed for use in dense concrete and steel structured buildings, and areas where there are many other radio frequencies in use. Attention has been given to achieving an extremely long-range connection.
Protection for the whole site is assured, with the alarms having the capability to operate in a maximum of 15 zones, with up to 32 devices per zone. It’s capable of controlling all zones from a control panel operating on the same frequency but distinguished by different zone addresses. In the case of a real alarm, the message is communicated to every device within the site.
Installation is incredibly easy, taking just a matter of minutes. Interference to ongoing construction is minimal, with no complicated cabling that comes as part of a wireless alarm. Drilling holes, laying wires, and protecting the cable network from accidental breakages or rodent damage are a thing of the past.
The latest technology is used; with an impressive signal-range delivered and Bull’s specialist software guaranteeing performance of the system can be optimised with a central control panel.
And finally, it is bespoke, whatever your requirements are. So, whether a site needs an intruder alarm, a first aid alert facility or interface units, Bull’s innovative system ensures protection for both site and workers. Furthermore, the Cygnus Wireless Alarm can be used in conjunction with turnstiles, lifts, automatic doors, and other monitoring systems.
