Aggregate Industries has taken the Employer of the Year accolade at this year’s Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) British Credit Awards.
Having led the use of an innovative financial robotics system Risk and Collect, developed alongside Rimilia, the company has showcased its incredible achievements throughout the year just passed.
The company also bagged awards in the Customer Service Hero and Credit Professional of the Year categories, ensuring it is the only company to have won awards for five years in a row.
Preet Garcha, Senior Credit Specialist at Aggregate Industries, was the inaugural recipient of the Customer Service Hero of the Year award, with her dedication to her employer, professionalism and personal development all recognised.
The massive respect that Phil Rice, Head of Credit at Aggregate Industries, holds amongst his peers saw the beacon in the credit industry awarded with the much sought after Credit Professional of the Year.
Phil said the company is ‘extremely proud’ to have won the Employer of the Year, reflecting its commitment to investing in the team and innovative technology, allowing them to deliver more comprehensive service to the business, plus an enhanced experience for the customers.
He also congratulated Preet on her win, as well as recognising the endeavours of the rest of the team for the hard work they have put in.
