Two new key roles at GEZE UK’s growing service division look sure to continue the company’s standards of supreme quality.
Becoming area service manager for the southern region is Darren Salmon (left in above photo), whilst Angus Grey (right) is taking on the same job for the northern region.
This position has a heavy focus on customer service, making sure consistency exists in terms of target setting and service standards, as well as monitoring financial health.
Darren and Angus will have particular focus on the newly introduced six field operations supervisors who assist engineers in the field, guaranteeing continuity of service and quality.
They will work with many of GEZE UK’s largest commercial service tenders, manage its key accounts, oversee the training and development of team members and undertake liaison with health and safety.
Darren has six years experience at GEZE UK, whereby he headed the Farnborough-based service team.
As area service manager, he will provide support to service managers and teams in the South West, plus London North and South.
Meanwhile, Angus has been with the company since 2005, launching and managing the northern service region based in North Shields.
He will now provide further support to service managers and teams in Scotland, Midlands North, Midlands South, as well as his existing Northern region.
GEZE UK’s service operations manager, Adam Presdee, welcomed both Darren and Angus to their respective roles, saying they are always managing the ever-changing requirements by having people in the team who are skilled and experienced, who will lead accordingly.
