Aggregate Industries expands Southern operations with acquisition of Kendall Group

Aggregate Industries, a member of the LafargeHolcim Group, has acquired the aggregate and ready-mix concrete manufacturer, the Kendall Group.

Operating in the South of England, the Kendall Group will allow Aggregate Industries to expand its operations in the South of England. Aggregate will also be able to enter the dredging business and secure a long-term position in this attractive market segment.
