SE Controls have appointed Alex Luk as Director for South-East Asia, where he will oversee and develop the company’s operations in this vital region from its Asia office in Hong Kong.
Alex possesses over two decades of experience in delivering smoke control and environmental ventilation systems in South-East Asia and China on a large number of high profile projects, and as well as this, he is a strategic business IT graduate from Portsmouth University, in the UK.
Before joining SE Controls Asia Pacific (SECAP), Alex was Business Development Director at an eco-building, natural ventilation and smoke control specialist in Hong Kong and China.
Alex’s career also includes the position of Regional Manager for the fire alarm and building management system (life safety) division of a major international business.
Will Perkins, Group MD with SE Controls, described Alex as ‘a great addition’ to its global management team, with his experience and considerable expertise in the South-East Asia markets set to enable the company to ‘achieve continued growth and development in the region.’
