ASSA ABLOY has talked about the latest integrated security and access control technologies it will be showcasing for commercial businesses at IFSEC 2018.
Held at ExCeL London on the 19 – 21 June, visitors to stand F320 in Hall S7 will discover the latest innovations to help ‘access smarter thinking’ for commercial sites.
ASSA ABLOY Access Control will be exhibiting SMARTair®, a modular and fully scalable access control system that keeps you in touch with everything happening in your building – who enters, when and where – letting you to stay in control of site security, in real time. This year, the new mobile solution Openow™ will be presented, which becomes your smartphone in a secure virtual key.
ASSA ABLOY Access Control will also be presenting RX Web, a web-based access control system that can be expanded to control 16 doors, using a combination of hard-wired readers and Aperio® online wireless locking technology.
The database is managed and stored in the RX Web controller, meaning no additional software is required.
It is ideal for businesses that have designs on growing and wish to increase access control measures over time, with no need to invest in an entirely new system.
ASSA ABLOY’s SMARTec high performance timber door range will be showcased also; this has been developed to offer a complete doorset solution of high-quality doors and frames, complete with all ironmongery solutions.
The company will also be highlighting its fire door inspection, maintenance and repair offering; with a team of BRE-certified fire door inspectors, ASSA ABLOY offer a comprehensive fire door inspection, which is an essential part of any fire risk assessment to guarantee doorsets remain compliant.
Gareth Ellams, Managing Director at ASSA ABLOY Access Control, said IFSEC 2018 offers a ‘vital platform’ to demonstrate how commercial businesses can benefit from the latest integrated security and access control technologies from the company.
“These solutions help protect sensitive materials and valuable property, while meeting the highest security and safety standards. Balancing cost and quality with lifetime performance, our extensive range can deliver an assured solution, whatever the challenge,” he said.
