Closomat’s Asana enables independent living with style and comfort

  • 13 Jun 2018

Closomat has combined the latest engineering advancements with contemporary design to launch Asana, offering style and comfort to those who need it.

Easy to reach push buttons on the side of the toilet makes it easy to use its various functions. At the push of a button the conventional toilet can be transformed into an all-accessible toilet with integrated douching and drying.

Closomat is proud to say that Asana contributes towards British manufacturing and engineering. The porcelain pan is fired in a ceramic sanitaryware factory in The Potteries and the flush mechanisms have been developed in partnership with one of the UK’s leading plumbing names, Thomas Dudley.

With Asana Closomat is offering UK pre- and after-sales support, with in-house installation and commissioning, and in-house service and maintenance.

“In yoga, Asana is a pose, usually seated, of comfort and relaxation,” explains Closomat
managing director Brian Hoare. “The name is therefore apt for our latest evolution.
Closomat’s ethos is about enabling toileting to be executed in comfort, and with dignity.
We ‘go’ on average eight times a day, so toileting has more of an impact on daily life than
most people realise, or appreciate.”
