Annual Recofloor prize draw announced for September

Recofloor has announced that its annual promotion will take place in September this year, rewarding contractors who recycle their waste vinyl flooring through Altro and Polyflor’s scheme.

Launched in 2009 by leading flooring manufacturers Polyflor and Altro, Recofloor is responsible for the recycling of over 4,000 tonnes of waste vinyl flooring has so far. Recofloor enables members to save up to 70% on disposal costs and promises to reduce the environmental impact of waste vinyl flooring material by recycling it.

As a thank you to companies that have been working hard to recycle, any company that raises a Recofloor collection throughout September 2018 (3rd to 28th) will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three £100 Red Letter Day gift cards.

Recofloor’s Project Officer Joe Gardner comments: “Having surpassed the 4,000-tonne mark in May, we’re hoping as many members as possible will take part and contribute to what could be a bumper month! We look forward to welcoming you; just phone or email us to register.”

Companies can request a collection by phone: 0161 355 7618, email: [email protected] or complete an online form on the Recofloor website. For contractors, the minimum collection requirement is two full bulk bags and for distributors, two full blue bins. All collections must be booked in by 5pm on Friday 28th September 2018 but do not have to be completed in September.

Names will be entered into a prize draw and three winners will be chosen at random on Monday 1st October 2018. The winners (one prize per company) will be notified and details will be provided on the Recofloor website. Visit our website for full terms and conditions.
