Nova introduces new heritage style PVC-U windows

Nottinghamshire’s Nova Trade Frames, an authorised REHAU partner, is now offering customers nationwide an authentic heritage-style PVC-U window, with Run Through Sash Horns for its Heritage and TOTAL70 profiles.

Nova Trade Frames has been making PVC-U windows since 1983 and has been a REHAU Authorised Partner for almost a decade. Run Through Sash Horns were an original feature on wooden sash windows to stop them from opening too far, but these days are desired for a truly authentic finish on a vertical slider. 

The integral Run Through Sash Horns have been offered by Nova Trade Frames since February now and have proven extremely popular among customers, with very few of the company’s Heritage windows now being sold without them in the spec.

Alex Hunt, Managing Director of Nova Trade Frames explains: “In the past we had bought in the Run Through Sash Horns from a competitor as a specialist item for customers requesting it, but with the numbers we were doing on the Heritage windows side of our business, it just made more sense to invest in the equipment to create the Run Through Sash Horns ourselves.
