Build your legacy with REHAU

  • 16 Oct 2018

REHAU has announced the launch of its ‘Build Your Legacy’ campaign, designed to encourage Mechanical and Electrical contractors to consider the impact of the product choices they make.

The campaign incorporates a range of print and digital marketing media, all highlighting the four key areas where choosing the right products can support the delivery of future-proofed, sustainable buildings – Quality, Technical Knowhow, Trust and Reliability, and Innovation and Sustainability:

Quality

Just how important is it to use products that have been manufactured to the highest standards? The quality section takes a look at how contractors can achieve peace of mind by using quality products that they know won’t fail and will  be up to the job.

Technical Knowhow

The current and future needs of a building are important factors during the specification process – ensuring they are delivering optimised systems that not only maximise energy efficiency and performance in the here and now, but also have built in flexibility to cater to a building’s future needs.

Trust and Reliability

Some of REHAU’s products, such as the RAUTITAN universal pipework solution, are designed to be reliable – promising to last for 50 years. REHAU’s latest innovation, the RAUPIANO Plus is a complete system of polymer pipes, fittings and accessories which offer a superior acoustic soil and waste solution thus meeting the demands of today’s changing market place.

Innovation and Sustainability

In order to remain relevant and as efficient as possible as technologies advance, innovation is an important part consideration when choosing a product that will provide sustainability. The need to find creative ways to heat and cool buildings is key.

In addition, REHAU’s ‘Build Your Legacy’ campaign is currently creating a series of engaging videos which feature My Best Project stories. These are case studies about M&E contractors’ favourite projects and why they are so special, all with particular emphasis on how the buildings they worked on are leaving a legacy for the future.

Jo Trotman, Marketing Communications Manager at REHAU comments on the campaign launch: “The Build Your Legacy campaign is very much an extension of our commitment to sustainability and creating a more energy-efficient built environment for future generations to enjoy. By making sound, future-proof product choices today, M&E contractors can play their part in creating an urban landscape which transforms communities and protects the environment for many years to come.”

To give contractors the tools they need to enhance their legacy and deliver future proof specifications, REHAU will also be issuing free downloadable guides as part of the Build Your Legacy campaign. The guide for Acoustics is available to download now from the link below and will be followed by further guides for District Heating, 21st Century Plumbing and Heating, and Multi-occupancy buildings.
