Abloy UK is gearing up to present its high quality compliant locking solutions at Utility Week Live, the UK’s only exhibition dedicated to the water, gas and electricity industries.
Representatives from Abloy UK will be on hand to demonstrate how products can be combined to offer a durable, high security provision across a range of remote and disparate sites.
Visitors to Abloy’s stand E36 will be able to receive an interactive demonstration of a number of electric locking solutions, in addition to the company’s collection of mechanical and electro-mechanical padlocks.
Abloy’s web-based security management solution, PROTECT2 CLIQ will also be on display at the show. The system enables users to remotely manage disparate or large electronic master-keyed sites at any time, in any place.
PROTECT2 CLIQ also provides audit trails on cylinders and padlocks, recording who used each key, where and at what time. Keys can be programmed depending on which areas and locations users need access to, with the ability to remove permissions for lost or stolen keys.
Steve Wintle, head of PEU at Abloy UK commented: “We’re looking forward to discussing these issues with visitors to Utility Week Live, and explaining how bespoke solutions tailored to specific requirements are already providing security for many of the UK’s major utilities companies, and how we can do the same for them.”
Utility Week Live will take place at the Birmingham NEC between the 17th and 18th May.
