Aggregate expands operational footprint via acquisition of Maxi Readymix Concrete Limited

Aggregate Industries, member of the LafargeHolcim Group, has acquired Maxi Readymix Concrete Limited, a leading independent readymix concrete business in Leicestershire and the surrounding areas.

The acquisition is in line with Aggregate’s Strategy 2022 – ‘Building for Growth’ and will allow the company to strengthen its market position within a region offering growth opportunities and further develop its strong customer focus.
