Aggregate Industries appoints new HR Director

James Roberts has been appointed as Organisational and Human Resources Director for Aggregate Industries, starting immediately. In his role, James will also sit on Aggregate Industries’ Executive Committee.

James brings with him over 20 years of international HR experience, having previously worked as Organisation & Talent Development Leader at General Electric and Vice President of Human Resources at Alstom Power Services.

He also holds a Masters degree in Organisation Development & Change Management from Sheffield Hallam University, in addition to specialised certifications from Insead, Kornferry and the International Coaching Federation.

James commented that we was ‘honoured’ to take over the HR function at Aggregate Industries. He said:

“We are a company that puts people at the heart of our business and values their professional and personal development. Our goal is to provide a safe, engaging and purposeful workplace for our employees and I think our active contribution is the key in achieving it.”
