The last 12 months has been extremely busy and productive for Freefoam Building Products’ New Build Department, with the company supporting customers with a free Scheduling Service.
The number of new homes built in the UK continues to grow, with reports showing a 55% increase in the last five years; strong performances have been recorded in the Midlands, South Wales and Scotland.
Freefoam are supporting customers to service this growth with a free, efficient and cost saving Scheduling Service.
The team provide an accurate product specification and quantity breakdown from drawings for all elements of the roofline product range including fascia, soffit, rainwater and cladding materials.
Accurate specification means customers can be confident they are ordering exactly what they need, eliminating wastage and saving money.
A quick turn round means it is a service that an increasing number of customers are finding incredibly valuable to their businesses.
Freefoam have seen a large rise in the volume of schedules for a variety of customers, including large national housebuilders and smaller developers.
It isn’t just a volume increase however, as an improvement has also been noted in conversion rates, up year on year, contributing a significant percentage to overall sales.
Simon Parrott, New Build and Specification Manager, commented: “I am very pleased with these figures. It is a real reflection on the hard work and dedication of all team members.
“We’ve focused on our scheduling service providing training and support for all concerned and developed ways to streamline the process. This has seen the creation of an efficient and valuable service that supports and brings business to our customers on a daily basis.”
