ASSA ABLOY‘s UK division, ASSA ABLOY Access Control is the global leader in door opening solutions and has released the latest dates for its Aperio training courses, offering a valuable overview of the many benefits to this innovative wireless locking technology.
Aperio is a smart technology that conveniently and cost-effectively enables mechanical locks to be wirelessly linked to an existing access control system. The smart technology enables organisations to connect more doors to an existing access control system while eliminating the challenge of lost keys by simply using existing cards, whilst meeting BS EN 179 and BS EN 1125.
The one-day training courses will be free and provide informative insight into the many technological advantages of the Aperio system. This will cover its intelligent hardware features, the different versions available, how it operates, product specifications and best practice for installation.
The system’s intelligent software features, including the configuration of its wireless hub and pairing Aperio devices, will be demonstrated on the course. The course will then be concluded with a troubleshooting and questions and answers session.
ASSA ABLOY Access Control’s Technical Sales Support Manager, Richard Hall commented that he looks forward to welcoming people this year after more than 200 people benefitted from the course in 2016.
Hall also explains that the course provides a valuable opportunity for security professionals to understand how integrating Aperio technology could help organisations cut energy cost, reduce maintenance time and its associated costs, and help deliver a flexible access control solution.
There is also the opportunity to combine a training course with a visit to the on-site manufacturing facility, making the course suitable for access control manufacturers, installers, locksmiths, specifiers and engineers.
