Aspex introduces new steel door system to Novista Riser range

  • 12 Jul 2017

Aspex has introduced an innovative steel door system to its existing Novista Riser range.

Originally developed in 2015, the Novista Dorset system was designed to allow walls to be uninterrupted as door frames are hidden. The latest addition, Novista Steel Riser doors, was launched in June 2017.

The Novista Steel Riser is suitable in locations, which require either a very high fire or acoustic rating. The steel risers are fire rated to FD120 and acoustic rated to 40dB.

Aspex has developed a simple on-site installation process, which is intuitive and requires no special skills.

The steel door system can be adapted to suit any project and can be pre-painted to any RAL colour or primed to allow on-site painting for precise colour matching with the adjacent wall.

Riser doors can be used for various applications including ducts, cupboards, and access to bathroom pods.

The Novista range also includes the Novista Doorsets, which feature an aluminium frame that can be mounted into a block or stud wall that is either single or double boarded.

Ashley Burberry, Managing Director of Aspex UK, said: “We’ve worked on some exciting projects over the last year and our new range is testament to our ambition and drive to continue to develop products in line with architectural demand. “
