Alumasc Water Management Solutions (AWMS) has made a significant investment in team development, reporting several promotions and new appointments.
Martin Wood (pictured below, right), who joined the company as Area Sales Manager for the central region seven years ago, has been promoted to National Key Account Manager.
In his new position, Martin will work to expand the company’s current ‘supply and fit’ contractor network, whilst liaising closely with main contractors to secure work and increased sales through the supply and fit customers.

Sophia Jelaca (pictured above, centre) has been promoted to Martin’s previous role. Her quick progression from Account Development Manager for AWMS’ Skyline and Rainwater brands to Area Sales Manager reflects her professional capacity and sound understanding of the business.
In addition to Skyline and Rainwater customers, she will work closely with the Account Development Managers in the team.
Ben Harmar (pictured above, left) joins AWMS as Area Sales Manager for Rainwater and Skyline. Before joining the company, Ben worked as Regional Sales Manager for Professional Building Supplies, where he often recommended AWMS products to his clients.
He will operate in South and East London, and the South East of England.
