AWMS launches first interactive technical brochure

  • 4 Apr 2023

Tradition is at the heart of the Alumasc Rainwater brand, with a trusted product range still being manufactured using techniques dating back to the company’s wartime roots. With that said, Alumasc Water Management Solutions (AWMS) always recognises an opportunity to use technology for the benefit of its customers, and is proud to launch the company’s very first digital technical literature in the form of the Alumasc Rainwater Technical Brochure.

The comprehensive new brochure spans over 160 pages of product data, technical specifications, in-situ product images and illustrated installation guides for every product in their Aluminium, Cast Iron and Steel ranges, as well as details of non-standard and made-to-order products, options, accessories, and available finishes.

A Design and Specification section is included, detailing the provision of AWMS technical services to architects, designers, and contractors. This is along with gutter flow rates, general specification advice and links to additional support tools such as NBS Specifications and the newly updated AWMS Drainage Calculator.

The new digital format is ideal for use on all devices, offering clear and efficient navigation by way of colour coded page tabs for each individual product range, and interactive links for quick access to relevant pages of the AWMS website. The intention of these is to make life easier for construction colleagues using the brochure on site.

John Coe, commercial director at AWMS, comments:

“The Alumasc Rainwater Technical Brochure has long been the first port of call for many architects, specifiers and contractors. It provides an initial frame of reference at project conception stage, and remains a constant source of trusted industry data through to completion.

“We are therefore very happy to now be utilising the technology available to us, in order to deliver this information out into the field more efficiently, and with the speed at which our clients have come to expect. We look forward to rolling this format out across our extensive range of product literature across all AWMS brands, in the near future.”
