AWMS wins award at CMAs for Filcoten campaign

Alumasc Water Management Systems (AWMS) has won the  ‘Best Product Launch’ award at the Construction Marketing Awards (CMAs) for Filcoten, presented at a black-tie Gala Dinner at the Radisson Blu in London.

About Filcoten

Filcoten, the the first lightweight high performance sustainable concrete channel drainage system, was launched a year ago by AWMS through Gatic Civil Drainage.

This innovative drainage system is more durable, robust and environmentally friendly than polymer and fibre reinforced concretes.

  • 70% lighter than conventional concrete

Since being launched, Filcoten has been installed in projects such as Carlisle Lake District Airport and the Public Realm regeneration project in Hull.
