With strong links with both contractors and product manufacturers, as a distributor CCF is well placed to help support the greater use of energy-efficient and compliant building products and can offer the full range of solutions from external envelope and interior insulation and passive fire protection materials, to ceilings and dry lining.
The CCF technical team is seeing significant growth in demand for its services and can provide a dedicated resource to assist both specialist installers and main contractors in finding the most suitable products to meet individual project requirements and budgets. The team can also provide guidance on achieving compliance with the necessary Building Regulations, safety standards and sustainability targets.
CCF’s technical team works closely with its customers at every stage of a project to provide competent and clear technical advice. This collaboration also brings together CCF’s sales team and the supplying branch to offer greater reliability, transparency, and continuity of service.
A key part of the team’s service offering is helping customers identify the most energy and cost-efficient combination of construction materials to meet the new lower U-value targets of Part L of the building regulations. The team is ready to increase its support of housebuilders and developers since the transitional arrangements period of Part L 2021 ended in June 2023.
