Bespoke roof windows installed at community church

  • 3 Aug 2015

33 FAKRO roof windows were strategically positioned to provide the maximum amount of natural light and illuminate a cluster of buildings which form the sanctuary, low rise foyer and adjoining offices.

The roof windows were specifically chosen by Aberdeenshire’s Westhill Community Church

FTP-V U3 electrically operated windows with rain sensors were supplied to the project, along with wall switches and remotes.

EFW flat roof windows with combination flashings and FAKSV17 Smoke Vent windows were also specified for installation.

The church’s contemporary style was designed for maximum functionality, to encourage use by the wider community.

Matching zinc flashings were added to achieve a co-ordinated appearance.
